JOB SKILLS

ICT for Employability Skills Workshop

Tuesdays 1.30pm - 3.30pm (term-time)

 Are you currently:

  • Actively seeking employment
  • Aged between 19 and 65 years
  • Unemployed or working 8 hours or less a week

If you meet this criteria then you are entitled to access our FREE ICT skills session aimed at helping you to develop and enhance the computer skills needed for employment. If this is of interest to you please contact the Centre today on 01274-800500 to discuss your place.

 

ADULT EDUCATION

Basic English Class for Adults
Mondays 9.30am - 11.30am (term-time)

Basic Maths Class for Adults
Fridays 9.30am - 11.30am (term-time)

Are you 18 or over and want to improve your reading, writing or maths skills?  Then why not come along to our FREE Adult Education classes! 

  • We work in partnership with Bradford College to bring education closer to you in the community.
  • Our informal classroom based courses allow you to develop your skills at your own pace with other students similar to yourself.
  • You can enrol at anytime during the year and start learning from the very basics, working up to obtaining a GCSE in either English or Maths.
  • Our courses are delivered by Fiona our Tutor from Bradford College who has had many years experience teaching and also working with international learners, making it ideal for individuals where English is their second language.
  • Free childcare is available if required while you study upon prior arrangement with the Centre and Bradford College.

Benefit & Debt Advice
Fridays 9.00am - 12.00noon

Are you stuggling with debt or having financial problems? Or do you need advice about what benefits you may be entitled too? If this sounds like you why not come visit one of the trained Debt Advisors which hold weekly sessions here at our Centre.
